I have changed my mind on my dress, Can I retrun it?
Due to the nature of the orders, all sales are Final. No returns or exchange is available. unless it's a manufacturing issue and with an approval from customer service team.
When should I order a dress?
Order your dress sooner than later! Stock availability changes daily. You also need to consider lead time for alterations and purchasing accessories.
Where can I try out the dresses before purchasing?
Check out our list of vendors to try out the dresses currently we are only available in stores within Canada
How do I choose a size?
You will need three basic measurements, the fullest part of the bust, most narrow part of the waist and fullest part around the hips. We recommend having a professional seamstress or someone help you measure.
Please note dress size is smaller than your regular street sizing, please follow our size chart for the best fit.
I am between 2 sizes, what should I order?
We suggest to order the measurement that is the largest compared to the size chart. It’s much easier to take in fabric than let out! If you’re uncertain, please contact customer service and we’ll help you make the best choice!
