Refund policy

No refunds.

Store credit or exchange only within 3 days of receiving order of equal or greater value.

 

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is required. Items missing tags or worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.

Please note that expenses incurred for shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Furthermore, in the event that a buyer declines to accept a parcel, all costs associated with the automatic return shipping and duties will be the buyer's responsibility. 

 

Returns may be requested through the Return Form. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Only authorized returns will be refunded.

 

Item must be received back at Candy Prom within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited. Please allow up to 10 days from the moment your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

 

We allow the possibility of a one-time exchange of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new exchange or replacement order will be shipped. Exchanged or replaced items could not be returned. We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.

Please note: shipping charges for exchanged items are buyer's responsibility. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
